**Canceled**Sunday Morning Shake Out! (New Members Weekend)

The 2nd weekend of each month will be New Member Weekend! New Members are welcome on all of our runs but this helps designate a day that new members can come out and have a higher chance of being there with other new members.
Runners and Speed-Walkers come out for Shake Out Sunday!
We will take a more relaxed run/walk with the goal of covering 3 miles.
The purpose is to take a more relaxed pace perfect for any one that comes out!
